Important information

Wellness & Relax Philosophy:  
Alp & Wellness Hotel Möta has made Comfort and Wellness a distinctive element of its own philosophy.  
The wellness area is always up to date and caring of the single need of each guest that seek a moment of relax, peace and calm. To guarantee this is necessary to reserve the use of the saunas area to the guests above the 14 years. A small renouncement for an oasis of peace!

Deposit: 
The booking is confirmed on receipt of the deposit. Normally we request 30% of the total amount of the stay.  
We accept payments of the deposit by credit card (please tell us type of card, owner, number and expiry date), by cheque, postal order or by bank transfer to:

Arrival and departure: Your room will be available after 3.00 p.m . On departure we ask that you check-out by 10:00 a.m.

Evening check-in: If you expect to arrive after 18:00 we are kindly asking you to inform us calling the reception at this phone number: +390342 996091

Late arrival, early departure: for not arranged late arrival and early departure we will charge you for 3 nights stay in case the room cannot be reallocated to another guest.

Day use: On the day of departure you may keep your room later than 10:00 a.m. for an extra charge of  &euro70,00. Please, understand that the day use of the room will be granted only according to the availability. Please ask for more details at reception desk.

Cancellations: Cancellation should be communicated as soon as possible to the reception of the hotel. If cancellation is made up to 2 weeks or less before arrival we will retain the deposit in full. For cancellations made earlier the amount of the deposit can be discounted on the cost of a following reservation that has to be made within 180gg. from the date of cancellation.

Risk-free booking Insurance: To avoid cancellation charges we recommend you undertake a travel cancellation insurance.

Sweet Dreams Beauty Centre booking: 
In order to be able to guarantee you the requested schedule of treatments , we recommend that you contact our Beauty Centre staff at least a week in advance. You can cancel any booked treatment 24 hours before the booked treatment. Otherwise we will charge you half of the price of the treatment.

Valuable items :We take no responsibility for your personal valuable belongings left in the hotel.

Special fares :Reductions and special offers are not cumulative.

No-smoking :All our rooms are no-smoking areas. Smokers are kindly requested to use the balcony.

Price information:

The half-board treatment is the minimum booking possible (including breakfast &ndash dinner &ndash night).

However it&rsquos possible to agree with the reception a Bed & Breakfast treatment with a reduction of &euro 20,00 .

Reductions: The third adult receives a 10% discount off on all kind of rooms and suites.

Double for single: For single-occupied double rooms we charge an extra 50%.

Take-away Lunch: 
If you want to go on hikes or excursions you can order a packed lunch (sandwitches, fruits, dessert and drinks): for this service we charge &euro 10,00 per person.  
 
Garage parking: The service is included in the price 

Pets: 
Small size adult dogs (up to 7 kgs;  15 lbs) may be accepted on prior agreement and for an extra charge of &euro15,00 a day. We also ask that dog owners bring their own dog blankets, baskets or kennel. Dogs are only allowed in the rooms  and can&rsquot use the common areas. 

Payments: We accept cash, cheques on approval of the direction, credit cards and bancomat.  

Privacy: Alp & Wellness Hotel Möta guarantees the protection and confidential handling of personal data which has been provided by all users and guests (according to the data protection act of 30 th June 2003 Nr. 196). 
The proprietor is the Möta Sas., via Ostaria, 11 &ndash 23030 Livigno SO.

In connection with your personal data the guest can practice certain rights according to § 7 (access, treatment of personal data, unsubscription, etc) by contacting Alp & Wellness Hotel Möta directly.
